马来西亚浮罗交怡幸运泰佛寺 WAT KOH WANARARM LANGKAWI（WAT LUANG PHOR KOON) 將于 22/05/2024 星期三庆祝卫塞节。卫塞节是佛教中最重要的节日之一。它纪念了佛陀释迦牟尼的诞生、悟道（涅槃）和圆寂。该节日通常在农历四月十五日举行。

卫塞节不仅是庆祝的时刻，也是对佛教基本原则的反思时期，如四圣谛和八正道。这是佛教徒重新承诺精神修行，培养慈悲、正念和智慧等美德的时刻。

To All Buddhist Devotees

Wat Koh Wanararm Langkawi, Malaysia (Wat Luang Phor Koon) will be celebrating Vesak on Wednesday, 22/05/2024. Vesak is one of the most important festivals in Buddhism. It commemorates the birth, enlightenment (nirvana), and death (parinirvana) of Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. The festival typically falls on the full moon day of the fourth lunar month.

Vesak is not only a time for celebration but also a period of reflection on the fundamental principles of Buddhism, such as the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path. It is a time for Buddhists to renew their commitment to spiritual practice and to cultivate virtues such as compassion, mindfulness, and wisdom.

All Buddhist devotees are cordially invited to attend.
